Zambia National Federation for the Blind representative and board member, Sydney Mwamulima, yesterday submitted to the Christopher Mushabati-led Technical Committee on Constitutional Amendments a proposal for the President to nominate two youths, two women, and two persons with disabilities from each province to ensure proportional representation in Parliament.
