Technical Committee Pays Courtesy Call on Copperbelt Provincial Administration, Traditional Leaders

Members of the Technical Committee on Constitutional Amendments, led by Vice Chairperson Dr. Landilani Banda, today paid a courtesy call on the Copperbelt Provincial Administration and Traditional Leaders ahead of the public sittings scheduled for Tuesday.
The visit aims to engage key stakeholders and prepare for broad-based consultations as part of the ongoing constitutional amendment process.
The committee, chaired by retired Supreme Court Judge Christopher Mushabati and comprising diverse legal experts, civil society leaders, traditional and religious figures, is tasked with widely consulting the Zambian people before drafting amendments. This approach ensures inclusivity and transparency, aligning with principles of democratic governance and public participation
